Hey coffee lovers! We understand that these are perishable delights, so while we can’t accept returns, we’re more than happy to consider credits to make things right.

Not What You Expected?

If your brew didn’t tickle your taste buds the way you hoped, don’t fret! Drop us an email at help@stonestreetcoffee.com or a call at (917) 455-3815 within a week of purchase. We’re on a mission to brew happiness in every cup, so we’ll stir up a solution to put a smile on your face!

Received a Damaged Order?

Bumps and bruises can happen to the best of us – or our packages! If your order arrives looking a bit under the weather, shoot us a photo at help@stonestreetcoffee.com or call (917) 455-3815. We’re ready to swoop in with a replacement or credit.

Package MIA?

If your order pulls a Houdini, we can’t refund or exchange delayed packages, but we’ll grind extra hard to re-ship coffees or teas that don’t show up. If the tracking is playing hide and seek or your order hasn’t arrived in a week, ping us! After ten days, we'll file a missing package report, resend your order, and share a cup of apologies on behalf of the couriers!

A Friendly Heads-Up

Please double-check your order before placing it. We’re unable to replace orders with incorrect grind settings, but we’re always here to help with other issues!

Gift Cards or Subscriptions

While we can’t accept returns on these, we’re always brewing up ways to make your Stone Street experience delightful. Need to pause or adjust your subscription? Just email or call us!

Got Gear or Merchandise Issues?

For an exchange or credit, ensure your items are in their original, unbrewed condition and give us a shout within ten days of purchase. We can’t cover shipping costs unless there’s a hiccup on our end, but we’re always eager to perk up your day!

Café Purchases

Not loving your in-cafe pick? Our friendly staff is ready to whip up a remake on the spot. For retail items, swing by within five days with your unopened purchase, and we’ll exchange it, no questions asked!

Weather or Holiday Delays

Nature and holidays can stir up delivery times. But worry not! If your order is taking its sweet time, let us know. We’re always roasting and posting orders with love and speed!

Our Roasting Schedule

We roast to order, ensuring every cup is a fresh hug of flavor! Expect an extra day or two for roasting before your coffee begins its journey to you.
